Jon

Asrorjon Shukurov

Asrorjon Sukorov arrived in the United States in 2005 with $200 in his pocket and worked his way up from the bottom.

Since 2009, Asrorjon has enjoyed a successful career as an entrepreneur, managing a range of different businesses in various industries. In addition to buying and renovating houses, Asrorjon is involved in the cleaning and janitorial industry where he prioritizes environmentally friendly practices that keep his customers, and the planet happy and healthy.

When not managing businesses and pursuing new opportunities, Asrorjon enjoys meditating, salsa dancing, spending time with his two beautiful daughters, and giving back to the community. 

In addition to being a guest speaker at governmental and private organizations and actively participating in community organizations, he is also a recurring donor to organizations like Unicef, Children’s Miracle Network, Clean Water Charity and contributes frequently to other cause-based organizations throughout the year.

Jose

Jose Luis Henriquez Galarza

Since receiving his bachelor’s degree in architecture, Jose Luis Henriquez has enjoyed a diverse career that has spanned decades.

Over the last twenty-five-years Jose has worked with industry-leading musicians such as Ricki Martin, while also extending his services to major government entities including the Department of Transportation, Maryland Board of Education, Medicare, Medicaid and more.

Since moving to the United States in 2009, Jose has entered and exited a range of businesses including web/graphic/media design, special effects, and computer network engineering.

However, Jose’s true passion is supporting the community. He spends his free time serving food to the homeless and making charitable contributions to Homeless Veterans.

He also enjoys making custom furniture, top-shelf potato salad, and delicious paella.

24 Crain Hwy

842 Mangold, Baltimore MD 2130

We did a full gut renovation for this property that left only the exterior walls. During the process of the full demo, we underpinned the basement portion and created a den/office out of what had been a crawlspace and added a full new level after removing the roof.

The additional floor features a master bedroom and walkout rooftop deck.

Additionally, we also upgraded all of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing per code.

782 W. Cross St, Baltimore, MD 21230

This property received a full-gut on everything but the exterior walls. Additions include an office in the basement and a new level with master bedroom/master bath and walk-out deck with a gorgeous view of the city.

902 Binney St, Baltimore, MD 21224

At 902 Binney St. we did a full- gut renovation with the addition of an office and a new floor which included the master bedroom, master bathroom, walk-in closet, and a private balcony. We are also building a 2nd rooftop deck atop the third floor that effectively functions as a 4th level.

24 Crain Hwy S, Glen Burnie, MD 21060

We gave this mixed-use multi-unit property a full gut renovation and split the property into five units; 2 office spaces, one apartment, one retail space, and one storage. On top of completely rearranging the layout, waterproofing the basement, replacing the windows, fire rating between units, replacing the roof, we also upgraded the MEPs in the process to meet commercial requirements. The property also features space for further potential development, such as a coffee shop or retail location.

8033 Stratman, Dundalk, MD 21222

We purchased this property at auction and performed several upgrades including a new roof, new windows, the addition of a bedroom in the basement, new paint and new floors. In the process, we increased the value of the home and initiated our BRRRR strategy (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat). Since upgrading the property we have been able to rent and refinance while leaving 30% equity in the house.

45 Yorkway, Dundalk, MD 21222

This property received a number of upgrades that increased its overall value. A new roof, new windows, a basement bedroom and bathroom, new floors, and fresh paint. We’ve since rented and refinanced the property in keeping with our BRRRR strategy (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat). The property is not fully stabilized, generates solid income with at least 40% equity in it.

906 Wildwood Pkwy, Baltimore, MD 21229

906 Wildwood PKWY received a full gut renovation before being rented and refinanced. Throughout the rehab process, we worked on virtually everything aside from the exterior walls. The property since has been rented to a Section 8 tenant and it has at least 40% equity in it.
